  Bought a Groupon. Wasted money. They literally cancelled my appointment when I was almost there in the pouring rain 10 minutes before my appointment time and was told they did not know when I could reschedule. (I was told there is only 1 girl who does the Brazilian waxes). So I had to go somewhere else. I have tried to call back twice to reschedule (including for 2 hours before writing this) and all I get is a busy signal. My Groupon is expiring so it is basically money in the garbage. Love using Groupon and this is the first bad experience I've had.
