  Colette Amit and her entire staff are so professional and caring. I went in for my first session last week.. came home with a pamphlet with diagrams of stretches for my neck and shoulder which have been in pain for more than a year. I tried another PT and went several months.. with no real relief.
  After one session I am already feeling some relief and the stretches are helping when I feel my neck is tightening up.
  Today I got more stretches but these are for my lower body which are not in pain at this time, however as Colette explains it they are all connected and it is important to keep my entire body stretched and FUZZ free.
